The PME Professional Diploma

The PME Professional Diploma course, which consists of three separate modules that can be taken in any order (and at any time), is designed specifically for anyone who is interested in selling cakes either to family, friends, or as a commercial business. It combines basic techniques, creative styling suggestions, and professional business approaches.

The three modules that make up the Diploma are:

  • Sugarpaste.
  • Royal Icing and Piping.
  • Sugar Flowers.

Each module costs £260, which includes the cost of some basic equipment required for each module. There are also incidental costs each week for items that do not form part of the equipment list (for example, sugarpaste).
